Assurly is a 2nd generation insurance organization that combines cutting-edge technology with the best of insurance expertise.
In a large majority of cases, real estate loans borrowers take out both the loan and the insurance of that loan, with their bank. An amendment to borrowers’ insurance laws in 2018 - the Bourquin amendment - has changed the rules of the game. The amendment allows borrowers to make a delegation of insurance. The Assurly adventure began, in 2017, thanks to this amendment.

Assurly has positioned itself to shake up the insurance world with a proposal that defies all competition.
LESS PAPERWORK AND MORE SAVINGS
Assurly's team has created the "end-to-end" concept. In three minutes, the client obtains a personalized quote on their cell phone. In 10 minutes, they can have a new policy in place through Assurly.
Customers don’t have to concern themselves with the administrative part of the transfer; Assurly’s internal teams handle everything. Assurly promises its customers substantial savings. Banks currently share 88% of the market and apply significant margins.
Assurly is also leveraging a favorable legislative context. Since June 2022, new rules have applied for new contracts, and for current contracts since September of the same year. Borrowers can now change loan insurance at any time. Until these new rules came into force, customers had had to wait until the anniversary date of the contract to terminate it. In addition, the health questionnaire or medical examination are no longer mandatory for loans of less than €200,000, and where the loan does not exceed the 61st birthday of the client.
To date, Assurly has gained the trust of more than 3,000 customers. The goal is to reach 500,000 customers in 5 years, knowing that users are increasingly looking to challenge traditional players. In the French market, for example, an estimated 9 million people are looking to change their insurance.
After a successful first campaign on the myOptions platform, Assurly is once again looking to crowdfunding to finance its growth and realize its business objectives. The company is targeting European markets such as Spain, Italy and Germany.
